List your firm in the verified directory
For accounting service firms, tax agents, accounting and e-invoice software, and digital signature providers in Vietnam. The basic listing is free. Firms are listed only after verification; a reviewer will call the phone number you provide. The directory is run together with DanhBaThue.com, so verified firms appear on both sites.
Verification criteria
- The firm's tax code can be found in public registration data, its name matches the name declared, and its status is active.
- The person registering is the legal representative or the contact appointed by the firm; we call back the declared phone number to confirm.
- For the “Tax agent” label: the firm provides the number and date of the document confirming it is eligible to provide tax procedure services, and the practising certificates of its tax agent staff; we check them against the tax authority's current published list before applying the label.
- For accounting services: the firm names the person professionally responsible and their practising certificate (if any); the scope of services lists only what the firm actually does.
- If information turns out to be wrong or out of date, the provider is hidden until it is updated.
Registering for accounting activities does not make a firm a tax agent. If you choose “Tax agent”, give the number and date of the eligibility confirmation and the practising certificates so we can check them; if they cannot be checked, the listing can still appear as “Accounting services” where that is accurate.
