The first providers are being verified
The directory starts with firms whose tax code, contact person and professional status have been checked — so no firm is listed until its verification is complete. In the meantime, you can send us your request and we will connect you directly.
Verification criteria
- The firm's tax code can be found in public registration data, its name matches the name declared, and its status is active.
- The person registering is the legal representative or the contact appointed by the firm; we call back the declared phone number to confirm.
- For the “Tax agent” label: the firm provides the number and date of the document confirming it is eligible to provide tax procedure services, and the practising certificates of its tax agent staff; we check them against the tax authority's current published list before applying the label.
- For accounting services: the firm names the person professionally responsible and their practising certificate (if any); the scope of services lists only what the firm actually does.
- If information turns out to be wrong or out of date, the provider is hidden until it is updated.
Registering for accounting activities does not make a firm a tax agent. The directory never applies the “Tax agent” label just because a company has an accounting, auditing or tax consultancy industry code.

What is checked before a provider is listed?
We match the tax code against public registration data (name, active status), call back the declared phone number to confirm the contact person, and check the scope of services the firm declares. The “Tax agent” label is applied only when the firm provides its confirmation of eligibility to provide tax procedure services and we can match it against the tax authority's published sources. The verification date is shown on each card.
Is a company registered for accounting activities a tax agent?
Not necessarily. The industry code for accounting, auditing and tax consultancy on a business registration only shows the field the company registered for. A tax agent is a separate status that requires staff with practising certificates and confirmation by the tax authority, so the directory never applies the tax agent label based on the industry code alone.
Is the order of the list a ranking?
No. Providers are listed alphabetically. The directory does not score, rank or sell top positions. If sponsored placements are added later, they will be clearly labelled and kept separate from the verified list.
Who is responsible for the quality of a provider's work?
The service contract is between your company and the provider you choose; the provider is responsible for its own work. TaxDatum.com and DanhBaThue.com are privately operated, not government bodies, and verification only confirms registration details at the time of checking. If a provider's details are no longer correct, tell us via the contact page and we will re-check and hide it if needed.
